*WHAT IS AN "ATTRACTION"?

• One go-kart ride as a driver or passenger (54" to drive; 36"- 54" to ride)

• One bumper boat ride as a driver or passenger (48" to drive; 32"- 48" to ride)

• One climbing wall session (Must have closed-toe shoes and weigh 45-225 lbs)

• One small gemstone bag for sifting

-You may arrive a MAXIMUM of 1/2 hour before your reserved time to set up for your gathering.

-Personal items such as table covers, themed plates, and balloons are permitted in the pavilion.  We will provide basic plates, plasticware, cups, napkins, etc. as long as you purchase your food and beverage at our facility.  If you arrange to bring outside food and/or beverage for your gathering, please plan to also bring plates, utensils, cups, and napkins.  Alcoholic beverages are not permitted anywhere in the Island Adventures property.

-We are able to offer a reasonable rental rate for the pavilion as a direct result of our franchise relationship with Cameo Pizza.  While PRE-ARRANGED outside food and beverage is permitted in the pavilion and ONLY in the pavilion, an extra fee of $50 will be charged.  Birthday cake and milk may be brought to your confirmed gathering without advance notice or extra fees.

-We may require some or all birthday parties to use the pavilion.  Between May and September, parties of 13 or more people MUST use the pavilion and meet the minimum package requirements, as space is limited in the main arcade/dining area.  DISCOUNTED RATES WILL NOT BE APPLIED TO GROUPS WHO FAIL TO ARRANGE THEIR PARTIES IN ADVANCE.

-For weather related reasons, the pavilion is equipped with retractable doors.  If applicable, these may be opened or closed BY ADULTS ONLY to control wind, rain, etc.

-The reserved time for your gathering is strictly enforced; other gatherings may be scheduled immediately before or after you, and time must be allocated for cleanup and setup.

-Rain or other weather factors may necessitate the closing of some or all of our attractions for part or all of the day.  If you choose to completely cancel your party as a result of these closings, you will not be charged.  However, we will work with you to accommodate your group if you still wish to have the party.

-Your party is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Island Adventures.  The form you fill out is a reservation REQUEST; therefore, reservations should be requested well before the party date.
