-You may arrive a MAXIMUM of 1/2 hour before your reserved time to set up for your gathering.  However, if your reserved time coincides with our opening, early access is not available.

-Personal items such as table covers, themed plates, and balloons are permitted in the pavilion.  We will provide basic plates, plasticware, cups, napkins, etc.   Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the facility.

-Birthday cake and milk may be brought to your confirmed gathering; any other outside food and beverage is prohibited.

-We may require some or all birthday parties to use the pavilion; Parties of 17 or more MUST use the pavilion as space is limited in the main arcade area; Parties of 16 or less may use the designated party area in the arcade.  Exclusive use of party areas is strictly limited to 2 hours.

-DISCOUNTED RATES AND FOOD PACKAGES ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO GROUPS WHO FAIL TO ARRANGE THEIR PARTIES IN ADVANCE.  PROPER STAFFING AND PREPARATION MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE TO ACCOMMODATE PARTY PACKAGES.

-For weather related reasons, the pavilion is equipped with retractable doors.  If applicable, these may be opened or closed BY ADULTS ONLY to control wind, rain, etc.

-The reserved time for your gathering is strictly enforced; other gatherings may be scheduled immediately before or after you, and time must be allocated for cleanup and setup.

-Rain or other factors may necessitate the closing of some or all of our attractions for part or all of the day.  If you choose to cancel your party as a result of these closings, you will not be charged.  However, we will work with you to otherwise accommodate your group if you still wish to have the party.

-Your party is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Island Adventures.  The form you fill out is a reservation REQUEST; therefore, reservations should be requested at least 72 hours before the party date.
